Delivery
Delivery is broken down into different areas; design (web and graphic), printing, marketing consultancy and marketing (sales, telesales, telemarketing) and distribution of marketing materials.
Design - Graphic and Web
1. Delivery of graphic and web design (including web templates and designs) will be made via the web, email and on a flash drive or other suitable storage medium.
2. Once paid for, the graphics, content, logos and images become the property of the customer.
3. Back ups of all graphic and web design are kept for up to 3 years from expiry; so in the case of web design the period of 3 years commences from the cancellation date of any web site or graphic design purchase. However, if our storage medium breaks down at any time we are not held responsible for providing copies and customer's should ensure that they keep a back up of their work.
4. A copy of work undertaken and paid for may be requested at any time and up to 3 years after the purchase is made.
5. Local and remote copies are kept for web sites and copies are also kept on a separate hard drive to ensure that data is not lost.
